Signing in
You can watch films and browse organizations without an account. You need one to follow organizations, save films, like and comment.
Forgot your password? Open the sign-in screen, enter your email address and tap “Forgot password?”. We’ll email you a link to set a new one.
Giving
When you tap Give, the organization’s own giving page opens in Safari. Your gift goes straight to the organization; Lightbox Missions never sees your payment details and takes no part of it. For a receipt or a question about a gift, contact the organization directly.
Listing your organization
In the app, go to Profile and tap “Apply to be listed on Lightbox Missions.” Our team reviews every application before an organization appears in the app.
Reporting a post or comment
If you see something abusive, misleading or inappropriate, email hello@lightboxmissions.co with the organization’s name and what the post or comment says. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our standards.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Profile and tap “Delete account”. That erases your profile, follows, saved films, likes and comments, and ends your sign-in. You can also email us and we’ll do it for you. See our privacy policy for what we keep and why.
